As an IAM Lead, you’ll play a critical role in fulfilling the mission of Tempus by providing secure and private precision medicine methodologies for our clients and their patients
Why we’re looking for you:
- You've got a few years of experience managing directory systems for multiple operating systems
- You have experience managing access management solutions, including user privilege management, user credential management, and user security/behavior analytics
- You’re up to the challenge of building out an Identity and Access Management practice from scratch, including developing, communicating, and embedding new processes and/or policies
- You’re up to speed on modern web tech we use like Javascript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Angular, Postgres, Python, and AWS
- You enjoy learning from and collaborating with a diverse, talented team and mentoring junior team members
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong understanding of SAML/SSO/Identity solutions like Okta
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience scripting connectivity between different systems (Okta, AD, ServiceNow, etc…) and supporting those connections over time
Preferred:
- Experience Developing applications in Javascript or Python, with an emphasis on authentication in those applications
- Knowledge of AWS IAM environment
- Experience working with SIEM tools like Splunk
- Experience with Database administration or management
- Experience with authoring Cybersecurity guidance, including policies, strategies, and whitepapers
- Experience Implementing or Supporting PKI
