Manage, coach and mentor personnel. Adhere to best practices and established process(es). Assign resources for projects. Collaborate with key work partners in sales, systems integration, central support functions and customers. Work with the Territory Engineering Manager and other Territory Managers to obtain necessary resources to support the teams projects, as well as escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team. Work within the team, as a member and a leader. Final Design and implement radio network including infrastructure, subscribers, and mobile backhaul. Perform customer presentations. Perform system staging, system acceptance testing, radio coverage testing and interference mitigation. Radio system licensing (FCC/Industry Canada/NTIA). Prepare system fleetmap, encryption and radio programming templates. Complete system documentation and live system upgrades. The duties of this position will be performed entirely through telecommuting. 30-40% DOMESTIC TRAVEL TO HEADQUARTERS, OTHER WORK SITE LOCATIONS, AND CUSTOMER VISITS.
