What You'll Bring
Bachelor degree or associate’s degree in any field
At least 2+ years of work experience in a technical or software development setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent inter-personal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed checklists
Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
Ability to facilitate the prioritization and scheduling of software releases with critical timelines
Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders with varying viewpoints, expertise, and seniority
Technical proficiency including a basic understanding of software development fundamentals
Ability to write and update business process documents
We’d Love to See:
Experience with agile software development methods
Strong business analysis and process improvement skills and a desire to improve current processes
Knowledge of JIRA software
Knowledge of Remedy ticketing software
Familiarity with Docker
Impact You'll Make
You will coordinate daily software changes for 10 different development teams across multiple time zones.
You will work with stakeholders to prioritize candidate changes to our web sites.
You will manage the end-to-end code release process, from code complete to release to production.
You will ensure the quality of changes to our web sites by ensuring that the teams. complete the required testing tasks and code reviews for every software change.
You will assist development teams in complying with company and regulatory requirements by completing change tickets and getting required approvals.
