Quality Assurance Analysts at Neighborhoods.com ensure that our products are offering the best possible experience to our users. Quality Assurance Analysts develop test plans, test releases, interpret results, manually review test environments and collaborate between engineering, DevOps and design to ensure high quality production releases.

The platform invites visitors to imagine their life in a new area by providing a local’s perspective, including detailed descriptions and resident reviews of schools, amenities, and the surrounding community. Neighborhoods.com and its network of real estate agents are licensed and knowledgeable experts that guide users through every step of the homebuying process—from the initial search to the closing table.

What you’ll be doing as our Quality Assurance Analyst:

• Work with our Quality Assurance team to define and run test cases for new projects we’re working on at Neighborhoods.com.
• Boost the quality of the products and services that reach our end users.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to create detailed test cases, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute on test cases, assess results, communicate issues and log defects on our web and mobile applications 
• Participate in the product development lifecycle from planning through to execution and release

Basic Requirements to do the Job

• 1+ years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally working on web and/or mobile products
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity with agile development processes and toolsets similar to Jira and Confluence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Bonus Points if you have:

• Understanding of CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with executing scripted QA tools
• Experience writing automated tests using tools like Selenium or Cypress. 
• Experience working with Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Zephyr.
