What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of workflow principles within Automation Tools (UiPath, etc.) that are efficient and scalable. Work involves moderate difficulty in working on multiple and complex high-level projects concurrently. The incumbent will support full lifecycle implementation of RPA projects (including building prototypes, validating script performance at scale, sharing demos of work completed and training end-users on self-service tools within the platform).

- Serves as local expert on Active Directory and manages additions, changes or deletions to the tree structure and group policies as necessitated by the business environment.
- Ensures environment is updated with current, stable versions of software products; maintains currency with operating system and support software; plan and implements major software upgrades; ensures change management procedures and methodologies are implemented and followed; provides a current, well-managed operating Develop, create, and modify computer applications software, or specialized utility program processes
- Analyze business needs and develop software solutions for internal use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
- Responsible for full life cycle development of automation platforms (UiPath, etc.) which include design, implementation, testing and maintenance of simple to highly complex automation scripting within automation platform tools
- Conduct detailed analysis of system interactions to determine technical solutions and resolve problems which are cost effective and consistent with user needs, system capacities and capabilities
- Conduct cross-functional code review
- Work on multiple high-level projects concurrently
- Utilize effective project management techniques in planning, estimating, controlling and completing assignments
- Identify problems related to primary financial software and determines corrective action
- Develop custom programs when required
- Work with Service Desk and/or Application Support Specialists to troubleshoot complex problems and member service issues
- Identify and implement solutions to complex issues that are related to production level code defects or process changes
- Train and mentor others as assigned
- Trains Service Desk on operational procedures and processes developed by the Senior Software Engineer.
Qualifications
What makes you a great fit?
You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant Microsoft Certification, and you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in application development using HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, .NET or SQL experience in direct application of Lean Six Sigma tools to analyze and improve operation processes
- 3+ years’ experience configuring RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or WorkFusion
- Experience using ALM tools such as TFS (Team Foundation Server) or Jira
- Experience in managing Symitar hosts and Symitar Administration
- Experience supporting full lifecycle implementation of the RPA project (including building prototypes, validating script performance at scale, sharing demos of work completed, and training of self-service tools within the platform)
- Understanding of SMA OpCon and GoAnywhere 2 + years’ of AIX/Linux experience
- Demonstrated expertise and understanding of development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance, required
- Technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation, required
- Ability to present at all levels of the organization
- Expert in MS Excel, required
- PowerPoint proficiency a plus
