How You Can Make A Difference

As a Sr. Developer on one of our growing trading teams, you will play a critical role in the success of an expanding organization that has successful trades deployed across global financial markets. This person will work with a small group of trading developers to build out new alpha generating strategies and optimize current strategies. The ideal candidate has prior experience decreasing latency for greater execution edge in financial markets. 

Assist with developing the full-stack of trading technologies that facilitate trading operations across global financial markets
Communicate with Traders daily to maintain current trading production
Collaborate with Traders and Quants to solve complex problems quickly and resourcefully
Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent release cycles 

What You'll Need

5+ years of professional experience with low-level, high-performance C++ programming required 
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM-related field of study 
Professional experience with distributed systems, multi-threaded application design and development, and low-latency trading systems
Low-level knowledge of all types of connections between company infrastructure, trades, and exchanges 
Knowledge of one or more programming languages including C, Python, R, C#, JavaScript preferred 
Strong work ethic and a high degree of integrity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong desire to work as part of a hands-on, performance-driven team
