ABOUT THE ROLE:

ShopRunner Connectors enable our partners to easily connect their web properties to our technology, enabling a more seamless integration. Senior Integrations Manager – Connectors, will own projects related to the development, testing, deployment, in-house expertise and maintenance of these integration connectors (plugins).

Efforts include:

• Development Vendor Selection
• Contract Negotiation
• Ongoing Partner Relationship Management
• Documentation
• QA
• Deployment of Connectors on Partner Properties
• Updates

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work with third party development resources to produce Connectors (aka Cartridges, plugins). Manage the development project from inception through delivery and maintenance
• Support pre-sales activities to provide prospects with a clear understanding of Connector options and ease of integration
• Prioritize connector updates, issues, modification and certification if applicable
• Operate as a SME on platform features & functionality and help advise & educate Sales, Partner Success, and Product on platform and connector features and capabilities
• Oversee Quality Assurance testing and validation of projects related to connectors
• Review new customer properties to identify and troubleshoot potential project challenges – and develop plans to overcome
• Monthly presentation of project goals and outcomes
• Develop ongoing automated reports and updates on project status

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience in a technical and/or SaaS company
• Demonstrated expertise with one or more e-Commerce Platforms (Demandware, Magento, etc.)
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong written and verbal communication to educate non-technical partners and co-workers on the technical aspects of projects
• Impeccable project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to be a good listener, and to understand feedback and help answer questions
• Intense attention to detail
