We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.  You will be responsible for the overall quality of the Fetch mobile app, website, data, system, and service. Success in this role requires the ability to understand complex systems and interactions, develop tests, and meticulously document defects.

In your tool-bag:

• 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience showing a continuous progression
• A deep understanding of functional tests and testing frameworks
• Ability to design, develop and maintain automated browser, mobile and API tests
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for functionality, workflow, and internal process
• Experience interacting with RESTful API’s, microservices, and JSON data
• Root cause analysis
• Experience with MacOS and Linux command line tools
• Effective communication, including the ability to translate and explain technical issues to non-technical team members

You have experience with:

• Mobile application testing
• Testing in an environment that is not bound to a single software development methodology
• Relational and eventually consistent databases (MongoDB, Postgres, MySQL)
• Test writing and quality assurance
• Mentoring more junior QA Analysts
• Using testing metrics to make decisions on product readiness 
• SDLC process improvement or creation 

Bonus points:

• Full-stack development (Ruby, Java, Kotlin)
• QA Automated testing experience (building and executing) 
• Experience with In-memory data stores and caches (Redis, Memcache)
• Continuous development 
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics
