Senior Software Engineer

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 10 plus years of experience in Software Engineering
- Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
- Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices in software development and workflow products
- Multi-year hands-on programming/application development experience utilizing Java, Spring Boot, REST, Micro Services, Cloud Native, DevOps and Test Driven Development
- Experience with Cloud Platforms, Container/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with domain driven, micro services & event based architecture
- Experience with Integration patterns and messaging technologies (Kafka)
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
