Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will support the fast paced growth of the Konverse platform through development, improvement, and maintenance of key product features. This role will work closely with business leaders throughout the organization to provide visibility and clear insights into our ongoing improvements to multiple development projects and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain new features on core product line.
• Optimize existing products for speed, reliability, and scalability
• Improve test coverage in service of increasing development speed
• Document architecture, decision-making, processes, and code during development
• Gathering and discussing requirements to iterate quickly in a fast-paced start up environment.

We recognize that great developers can learn new technologies quickly, but the ideal candidate will meet most of these requirements.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer science or related concentration
• 7+ years Full Stack development experience
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript with Frontend framework experience with React highly desired.
  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
  • Experience building micro services with DevOps tool like Chef, Packer and Docker.
  • Strong background with PHP and backend RESTful api frameworks.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL and SQL Server
• Demonstrated software architecture and distributed systems experience
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
