• Supports a cross-functional scrum team– ASP.NET, Front-end, QA/QE and Product
• Assumes technical responsibility for a family of systems; manages technical debt, identifies opportunities for improvement, and partners with system engineers to keep production systems scaling and performing exceptionally fast
• Actively contributes to the adoption of software architecture, best practices, and technologies
• Assumes senior level responsibility for the coding, architecture, and design of the team
• Designs and executes developing new enhancements for our products
• Mentors team members by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement

Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• 4-8 years of experience in programming field
