Position summary:

This position can be based in Chicago, Denver, or remotely.

We are looking for a skilled developer to join our Head of Tech in building and maintaining a proven product line, with the goal of creating valuable and enjoyable experiences for our users. What you'll do:

• Constantly improve the life-changing Curable app, Curable’s flagship web and native app experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to define, design, and ship new features
• Implement A/B tests to increase user engagement and conversion rates
• Resolve identified bugs and improve performance across Curable’s product line
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new ideas to maximize development efficiency
• Have a major say in the direction and design of products and technology

About you:

• 2+ years of proven work experience in software development, skilled in JavaScript / HTML / CSS (a plus for experience with Go or another C-type language)
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• You take ownership and responsibility to finish the features and issues assigned to you
• What you build works across platforms on all modern browsers, desktop and mobile
• You are as excited about maintaining existing systems that are providing value to hundreds of thousands of people as you are about building new ones
• You would thrive in a small team environment where it’s collaborative and innovative, and where we try lots of new things and learn from our wins and mistakes
