Sr. Manager, IAM
You will be responsible for contributing to the planning, evaluation, architecture and support of the Identity Access Management solution and its associated processes. The incumbent will serve as the overall Product Owner for all IAM technologies and provide subject matter expertise in a variety of technical and non-technical settings. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating and participating in decision making around new and emerging IAM technologies and will provide support to other areas of Information Security as needed.

- Key contributor to the strategy, design, and management of the enterprise IAM program. Responsible for design and engineering, including managing the roadmap
- Build a strong IAM foundation and serve as the IAM subject matter expert. Lead the design and development of IAM solution to meet program requirements
- Provide input to Executive Management strategies for the implementation of a modern Identity and Access Management program
- Design IAM processes and identify opportunities for improvements. Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices
- Be the primary point of escalation for operational and security issues for all IAM technologies. Lead and support ongoing IAM systems operations, maintenance and specific problem resolution. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues
- Work to understand the IT enterprise architecture and communicate with the architecture team to ensure the IAM/PAM security standards are created and adopted into the Enterprise Architecture frameworks
- Conduct industry and market research and maintain a working knowledge of technologies and emerging trends in the discipline.
- Ensure that the IAM team is aligning with global standards and initiatives
- Create and manage a training program to develop the IAM team. Develop and increase the capability and skills of the current team.
- Produce & Review daily, weekly, monthly reports to measure services against key performance & risk indicators

- Translate strategic and operating plans into meaningful direction of projects, goals, priorities and activities; delivering on strategy through quality execution and best practice adaptation

- Champion Employee/Internal Customer Engagement, employee development and all cultural hallmarks through a strong leadership signature and a growing command of Alliant’s leadership competencies
- Continually assess and provide discerning development, insightful coaching and talent utilization/optimization for direct reports
- Apply High Performance Management practices in leading an engaged workforce in order to effectively leverage the full potential and talent of this function
- Provide a structural and consistent approach to ensure that individual development plans are in place, performance management is consistent, performance management process is respected and followed, and coaching and feedback are provided on a regular and dynamic basis.
- Work with your direct reports and help seek out growth opportunities for your reports; continually challenge reports to maximize their engagement and productivity
- Help propagate messaging across the organization that fosters a broader knowledge of Information Security, promotes collaboration and influences constructive and positive change
Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years of information security or information technology experience, required, and you have:
- 8+ years’ experience in Identity and Access Management, required
- Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g. Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare)
- Highly effective in developing and communicating audience appropriate information to technical, non-technical, management, and executive audiences
- Prior experience that includes successful design, implementation and operation of enterprise information security service capabilities and functions in technically complex organizations
- Experience developing and running multiyear, complex technology initiatives and programs
- Experience managing relationships with Product and Services vendors. Proven ability to build and maintain strong enterprise relationships with internal and external teams/partners.
- Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, Password Manager, ServiceNow Integration Modules. PAM Integration Module). Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow, File Access Manager and Predictive Identity
- Experience in performing Privileged Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, Access Control Processes and other associated tasks with Privileged User Management
- Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of federated identity systems, directory services, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.).
- Knowledge of Access Management Products (Okta/Ping/ForgeRock etc.)
- Preferred experience with Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic etc.)
- Experience with Cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform, Azure or AWS)
- Understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design and implementations, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models
- Knowledge of Active Directory concepts, including users, computers, groups, policies
- Understanding of database architecture and concepts
- Deep knowledge of agile processes and workflows
- Must have good communication and collaboration skills
- Solid diagnostic, testing, and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must be team-oriented and able to collaborate across many participating teams
- Preferred position relevant information security certifications (e.g. SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Professional/Engineer, CISSP, CIGE, CIAM, CIMP, CAMS, CIPA)
