Accounting Manager - Treasury: RXBAR is one of the fastest growing natural brands in the country. This growth requires increased support and oversight for our accounting and treasury functions, ensuring we maintain high integrity in our financials and a strong cash position. Dynamic distribution channels and product categories have resulted in increased complexity and volume within our accounting and finance functions. 

We are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, driven and eager to grow with our Finance team as we continue to expand our business. The Accounting Manager - Treasury will report to the VP Finance, Global Controller to help lead and oversee functional areas including Treasury, A/R, cash and trade spend management. The Accounting Manager- Treasury will hit the ground running and manage a team of three. A self-starter that takes initiative, ownership over processes and is resourceful will excel in this role and develop into a leader within the organization. 

General Functions + Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire cash process including budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with Procurement to optimize vendor payment terms as well as Legal and Sales regarding customer payment terms
• Review and approve bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide reporting and variance analysis to leadership (including KPIs)
• Oversee and manage 3 direct reports (two Staff and one Senior level)
• Execute and manage all external audits as they relate to cash and treasury
• Support the VP Finance, Global Controller with international expansion activities including optimization, foreign currency exchange and analysis
• Create and prepare monthly and quarterly financial and analytical reports as requested
• Administer the company’s online merchant account portal
• Assist with training and developing the staff and senior-level accountants
• Assist the other Accounting Manager in implementing best practices and procedures around the internal control framework, accounting work flows and procedures
• Daily interaction with a variety of internal departments including but not limited to Supply Chain, FP&A, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

Skills & Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge and an excitement for growing our business
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of Accounting or Treasury experience
• CPA preferred
• Experience in a hands-on close process, financial reporting and technical accounting
• High attention to detail
• Prior international experience/foreign currency exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of and ability to apply GAAP
• Prior Treasury and cash management experience a plus
• Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge and an excitement for growing our business
• Ability to direct, delegate and supervise
• Manufacturing and/or consumer goods industry experience a plus
