We are looking for a dedicated AP Coordinator to assist our Finance team with day-to-day operations. In this position, you will play an important role in contributing to the management and profitability of the company resources through the verification, reconciling, analyzing and processing of payables.

What you will do at Amount:

  • Manage full cycle Accounts Payable process including reviewing invoices, coding to accounts, entering data and filing
  • Maintain paperless AP filing system
  • Review expense reports and receipts and ensure compliance with Business Expense Policy
  • Prepare and file 1099 forms
  • Maintain accurate and up to date vendor profiles – set up new vendors and obtain W9 forms, if applicable
  • Provide support for various accounting and finance projects, as needed
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and statements, research and resolve payment issues timely
  • Monitor and reconcile Accounts Payable aging

Why you are a fit for Amount:

  • Degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively communicate with all staff levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • Proven strong computer skills
  • Dependable, organized, motivated and trustworthy
