What You’ll Do
The Senior Finance Analyst, reporting to the Director of Finance, will:
maintain and further develop financial models
execute monthly financial forecasting and annual budgeting process for a portfolio of business departments
support monthly management reporting
play key role in the financial planning software application (PBCS)
assist department Management with variety of ad-hoc analyses
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
Analyze financial data and prepare department forecasts and monthly reports
Develop, document and communicate the department and program budget process, including timeline and business inputs
Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of various financial models and reporting tools
Assist in the execution of the company’s annual budget and forecast exercises
Work with and provide finance decision support to business leaders, including regular production of management reporting packages
Assist with maintenance regarding written policies and procedures applicable to the Finance Department
Support regulatory reporting obligations
Support internal and external audit requests
Help with design and implementation of enhancements to Finance team Financial Planning and Workforce planning systems.
Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested

Strong understanding of statistics and financial modeling
Excellent ability to manipulate raw data, create insightful analysis, generate creative analytics and data-driven decisions with effective storytelling commentary
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and execute duties in a highly collaborative team environment
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Technical Skills:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Oracle ERP and Hyperion / PBCS (Planning, Budgeting, Cloud Services)/Apptio a plus
Knowledge of SQL query writing a plus
Education and/or Experience:
4-7 years in an analytical role in corporate finance
Experience and high competency in financial planning and analysis
Certificates or Licenses:
FPAC, CMA, or CPA, preferred
