What You'll Bring
2+ years sales experience with direct interaction with business customers
TU Financial Services experience with the ability to articulate TransUnion’s value proposition
Effectively and efficiently address account issues
Strong business acumen
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to navigate the TU internal matrix and identify the appropriate resources
We'd Love to See:
Previous experience working with fintech and other lenders with unique business models a plus
Previous experience with data and insights preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related experience
Impact You'll Make
Collaborate with Client Executive in overall management of accounts and ensure client satisfaction
Consult with product owners for final product pricing for sales team review
Responsible for updating the opportunity in Salesforce (post 90% of sale)
Responsible for product implementation work with client
Communicate with users on a regular cadence to identify gaps in product usage and resolve issues
Responsible for expansion, upsell/cross-sell
Responsible for gathering Voice of User feedback (competitive insight, use cases) and inform Client Executive, as needed
Work closely with Sales Support team to ensure account information is updated and to pull reports
