Director, Technology Governance
The US Director, Technology Governance of Technology (GOT) is a high visibility role that drives strategy, understanding, transparency, and alignment for all technology costs in the US Market. This role requires a high degree of integration and cross-functional collaboration with various groups across the organization and Owner/Operator Leadership. The role is ideal for an ambitious leader and change agent who has an aptitude for leading complex financial strategies from vision through the delivery of business results.
Required Skills:
· Minimum of 8 years in Accounting or Finance role with a strong background on how an IT department functions.
· BA in Accounting, Finance or related field.
· Requires in depth knowledge of finance requirements, annual planning process, technologies in support of achieving business objectives and O/O Leadership.
· Experience working in current Digital Technologies.
· Resource management experience.
· Risk Management experience.
· Recent experience working in a defined PMO environment.
Desired Skills:
· Given the responsibility of the GOT, a newly developed team of Owner/Operators and US IT Leadership, individual must be proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work independently.
· Ideal candidate would have a good balance of finance discipline, technology platform, business case development and understanding of the orchestration of technology fees.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships.
· Exceptional influence skills – demonstrated ability to create followership, orchestrate and motivate teams.

Overall responsibility for department budget, technology costs and GoT Team (Governance of Technology, NFLA Sponsored Team), including:
· Orchestrate development and management of department budget, technology fee and other technology costs across company (OPNAD, Digital).
· Development of long range view of technology costs, value added, and building business cases for sharing with department and O/O Leadership.
· Work closely with department leadership and finance in development and execution of budget (~$200MM).
· Working closely w O/O Leadership, support department leadership in planning and execution of GOT Team.
· Partner with Finance, other departments, and other O/O Leadership teams as necessary.
· Oversees monthly activities of accounting and IT teams.
· Leads ongoing continuous improvement of internal controls, including recommendations on how to improve finance processes and understanding with Owner/Operators.
· Hold others at all levels accountable for delivery of committed work.
· Ability to lead difficult conversations with senior leadership.
· Capable of performing all tasks with self-sufficiency and minimal guidance.
· Ability to have meaningful and productive conversations with the “C-Suite” regarding technology finance health, status and direction.
