The FP&A Manager performs budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports strategic corporate decisions made by the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Plays a key role in company reporting initiatives across all departments.
Builds and maintains financial and operating models and reports.
Analyzes current and historical business trends/financial results for presentation to key business stakeholders.
Owns revenue budgeting/forecasting and monthly revenue/expense variance analysis.
Helps track, report and analyze key operating and financial metrics (New Sales, Expanded Sales, Renewals, Service Efficiency, etc.).
Develops and maintains SaaS metrics/dashboard for executive team.
Assists in building customer and partner profitability analyses.
Contributes in compiling monthly/quarterly/annual presentations for Senior Management and Board of Directors.
Participates in preparation for monthly management meetings; prepare reporting and analytics on KPIs, help synthesize project learnings and ask next-level questions to ensure better transparency into operating results.
Works with key senior managers across multiple departments (Sales, Service, HR, IT, etc.) to provide insights into business drivers & costs.
Drives process improvement to ensure data quality and reporting standards for both financial and non-financial information.
Ensures data quality and accuracy across multiple departments.
Ad hoc analytical support.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in an FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Related Role
Familiar with financial concepts and the ability to interpret, present and engage on financial reporting
Superior MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Experience with Vena Solutions a significant plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiar/experience with SaaS business model a plus
Understanding of Accounting fundamentals
