Department Overview
This is an exciting opportunity with high visibility in the Service Finance department. The mission of the finance department is to deliver value to Service operations by providing finance support through timely, data-driven analysis, effective resource planning and management of business performance to help our business partners execute on their strategic and operational imperatives which contributes to a strong financial performance.
Job Description

In this role, you will be a finance analyst supporting the Managed & Support Services (M&S) business unit within the Finance CFO organization. You will partner with finance controllers globally as well as interact with finance contacts across various functions (IT, Supply Chain, Software, Financial Planning & Analysis, etc). You will be primarily responsible for budget analysis, assisting in the forecast process, and ad hoc requests for the team. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Capex reporting and consolidation process for Services and partner with the regional finance controllers on forecasts and actuals reporting.. 

  • Collaborate with controllers to report BGM performance on a monthly basis, assist in annual plan loading, submit forecast updates, and work with FP&A on ad-hoc requests

  • Perform month-end close processes to ensure departments and P&Ls are stated appropriately including posting monthly journal entries. 

  • Manage budget changes, departments moves, and revision process within CMSO, Learning and Offer Management

  • Assist IT team on special projects and monthly close processes

  • Engage and assist in the Forecast processes for acquisitions 

  • Ad-hoc analysis and special projects 

Additional Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to develop new methods and processes.

  • Exercises good judgment, flexible, and comfortable working under time constraints and with multiple operating constituents.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong system skills including MS Office, Oracle, and Smartview are a plus.


Basic Requirements

  • ​Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • 2+ years of experience working in Finance / Accounting / FP&A role
