Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The FP&A Manager will work with the finance leaders and across all departments of the organization to plan and report on financial progress. Moreover, this individual with help drive important decisions by providing valuable financial insight into the growth drivers of our business. To succeed, this person must be a great communicator with superior presentation skills. He or she will possess strong business acumen accompanied by strong desire to contribute to our growth thru self-initiative. And finally, since we have the most customers in our industry to count, this individual will also need to be a Jedi Master in excel and data analytics.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with the finance leaders and across all departments of the organization to plan and report on financial progress.
- Help drive important decisions by providing valuable financial insight into the growth drivers of our business.
- Lead and oversee the annual, monthly planning processes, including, but not limited to forecasts of the income statement, balance sheet, cashflow, etc.
- Review and present multi-year forecasts, strategic initiatives and opportunities to improve financial performance
- Effectively interact with business to help lead budget, planning and forecast formulation and execution.
- Develop templates and presentations to be used throughout the organization to support the review of the annual operating plan and strategic plan
- Prepare presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Directors to highlight financial trends and summarize business plans.
- Oversee financial modeling and analytical support.
- Participate in due diligence work and analysis around M&A
- Initiate and support annual benchmarking studies and other profitability analysis.
- Perform regular ad hoc reporting/analysis as needed
- Assist in business specific projects as needed
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A; background in technology space and/or private equity and/or consulting transaction services
- Strong business acumen
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with superior presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and deadline driven
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership on issues and following through to completion
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in public accounting/audit
- Experience with the accounting and planning systems/software
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- MBA, CPA or CFA is a plus
