What You'll Bring:
Technical Breath
- Proven ability to understand and assess the architecture of the investing/acquiring organization and articulate how the architecture can be aligned with the organizations’ technical architecture.
- Experience exploring options for Cloud/Data-center and Back office integration that are compliant with industry and defined best practices.
- Show a good understanding of Information Security integration approaches of infrastructure, data, and application layers of the architecture and articulate to security stakeholders.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Proven ability to work with Global Business Development teams in a fast paced environment and address the overall M&A needs and timely delivering of required artifacts.
- Experience being a hands-on leader who builds strong partnerships with delivery teams and helps teams solve complex technology and organizational challenges in a matrixed organization.
Financial Acumen
- Experience synthesizing the findings of diligence efforts and creating a costing model for the acquisition with clear articulation of one time and recurring capital and operational expenses over several years.
Executive Communication
- Experience presenting and articulating integration updates, financial variances, and due diligence architecture, information security, and costing details to various executive stakeholders.
We’d Love to See:
- Masters in Computer Engineering or related field
- Experience with M&A work in the financial industry
Impact You'll Make:
- TU M&A Enterprise Architecture team provides the leadership and oversight for the pre-diligence, due diligence, and integration and closing technical and information security activities of New Business Development efforts, M&As and Investments. If you like rolling up your sleeves, working with new technologies, new players, and delivering M&A outcomes in a fast-paced environment this might be the role for you.
- You will be a true collaborator that partners with various Sr. leadership across various stakeholders in the technology, information security and business areas to drive diligence and integration efforts.
- Work with program managers and financial analyst to review and revise ongoing financial forecasts and articulate any monthly/quarterly variance to leadership stakeholders and presenting and defending costing to various technology and business stakeholders.
