What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field required or, equivalent experience in the healthcare, consulting or finance industries.
Advance experience with Microsoft Excel and Adobe required
Strong problem solving, logic, and root cause analysis skills; can break down large ambiguous assignments
Ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and external customers, working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic with strong initiative; able to work in a fast paced environment and manage through ambiguous assignments
Must be highly analytical and able to analyze business and financial data
We'd love to see:
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau reporting
Finance acumen (accounting fundamentals and principles)
Strongly prefer a minimum of 2 (two) years in an analytical role, preferably with sales operations, finance or accounting background.
Impact You'll Make
The Analyst will be responsible for managing various financial operational processes for the TransUnion healthcare business. This may include invoicing and product set-ups for new clients within Transunion systems, custom invoicing reports, review and submission of credits/debits and accruals, accounts receivables analysis and management.
Perform data gathering, contract review, analysis, investigations, and documenting processes
Work closely with the business operational and sales teams to review processes and identify opportunities for automation
Perform detail analysis, research, and resolution on invoicing and accounts receivables issues, often working with customers, sales executives, and internal finance teams
Assist with billing, collection, customer payment, and reporting requests
Produce custom reports in support of invoices for high profile clients
Conduct research on credit and debit requests. Work closely with Leadership and Adjustments team in review and processing of credits and debits.
Run and produce business and department metrics and SLA analysis, reports, and presentations
Set-up new product requests in our internal configuration systems and billing systems, securing necessary client credentialing requests and confirming correct product setup
