Is this role for you? Are you a P&C insurance-licensed, hyper-knowledgeable, and friendly person who loves helping others find the right solutions? We’re looking for a thoughtful Insurance Support Specialist (P&C)who will work as a subject matter expert to help suggest the right insurance plans to meet customer needs. You’ll be making the first impression with our potential customers, so you’ll need to be a fantastic listener, and even better at providing solutions the customer didn’t know they needed. A successful New Customer Support Representative (Licensed) is easy to talk to, exceptional at building relationships, and knows insurance in your region like the back of your hand. You should be someone who is P&C licensed, has worked in a high-end sales or customer experience environment, and believes wholeheartedly in providing the best customer experience the world has to offer.
