Job Classification

  • This is a full time exempt position
  • The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a pricing specialist within the department, working with SMEs, Affiliates and clients to achieve pricing-related goals
  • Assisting with the establishment of and compliance with procurement and new or existing pricing policies and procedures; Examples include flat-rate, HVAC and other programs
  • Serve as a technical expert and resource for Operations Specialists, SMEs and leadership in our Residential Department
  • Serve as key point of contact and able to resolve pricing or invoicing issues with affiliates/contractors
  • Provide metrics and reporting information involving pricing and cost related areas, time to completion, NTE effectiveness, and time to quote
  • Work with sourcing and billing to resolve Affiliate-related issues
  • Document and execute client initiatives and special projects
  • Manage affiliate/contractor and customer escalations and messages

 Education and Experience

  • Education Level undergraduate degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant field
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiencies in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred
  • Traits: attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
