This role provides an outstanding opportunity to gain experience in finance and corporate strategy- bridging both an established corporation and start-up environment. Individual will help lead income statement (P&L)- balance sheet- and cash flow statement- and will participate in projects and initiatives including capital calls- commercial reviews- and other Board- and Senior Leadership-requested items. The role will be responsible for tracking company financial performance and projecting future spend- as well as long range planning (Budget). Role offers exposure to leadership within the joint venture itself- as well as within both Kraft Heinz and The Not Company.
Responsibilities
- Play a significant role in reporting- forecasting- and communicating financial performance to leadership team
- Create models and schedules to assist in preparation for leadership presentations- Board meetings
- Lead Close and Forecast meetings to understand historical financial performance- validate drivers- and adjust
- Analyze cash performance with a clear understanding of nature of cash inflows/outflows- respective accruals
- Model financial impact of strategic leads/recommendations to turn clear financial insights into results
- Understand and monitor market landscape and financial impact of changing consumer trends
- Demonstrate ownership of ad hoc requests and analyses to drive financial performance
Qualifications
- 2 years+ relevant work experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to run and navigate complex models
- Possess critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis- able to translate business expectations into financial strategy
- Excel in a fast-paced startup environment- balancing multiple projects concurrently and independently
- Demonstrated strong financial modeling- accounting- and analytical skills
- Ability to recognize opportunities to streamline processes and build efficiencies
- Possess strong initiative- planning- project management- problem-solving- and execution skills
- Works well in teams and cross-functional groups in a matrixed environment- both regionally and globally
- Agile- adaptable- flexible- and thrives in a dynamic and changing culture environment

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week.
