What You'll Bring
The U.S. Markets Accounting and Finance team partners with the U.S. Markets group to provide financial insight into business performance while helping inform and support decision-making processes. Activities include reporting key business performance indicators; strategic planning; quarterly budgeting and forecasting; variance analysis and the preparation of executive reports and presentations. Members of the team regularly collaborate with and advise top-level executives within the business organization, gaining in-depth exposure to the operation and performance of the business. Associates have strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, planning and analytical skills, the ability to interpret and clearly explain data to non-finance leadership and enjoy ongoing opportunities to support the business and improve business performance.
BA in Accounting or Finance
7+ years in accounting/finance with 4+ in a lead role managing people
Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge with ability to problem-solve
Experience managing monthly close, planning and forecasting
Experience with MS Suite, GL and Forecasting tools
Experience with acquisitions (Purchase Accounting and Integration)
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities as well as presentation experience.

Master’s with relevant focus
Experience with PeopleSoft and Hyperion
CPA License
Impact You'll Make
As Sr. Manager for the U.S. Markets team, responsibilities include:
Supervise, lead, train, and develop professional and/or hourly accounting associates
Ensure staff is challenged, mentored, and develops their skill set to expand their duties and responsibilities
Manage month end close process ensuring completeness and accuracy with a focus on creating efficiencies
Prepare acquisition Purchase Accounting and participate in ongoing integration activities
Provide Accounting and business decision support to U.S. Markets leadership teams and finance teams ensuring finance and accounting processes are consistent with U.S. GAAP, SEC and TransUnion standards
Assist with coordinating the forecasting process across a number of industry verticals and legal entities including consolidation and review
Research and provide analyses on special projects, prepare detailed spreadsheets, document progress and follow-up as necessary\Interact with all levels within the company
