Sr Team Lead, Financial Operations

What You'll Bring:
- 4 plus years of professional business experience required. Healthcare business or financial services experience relative to TransUnion business space strongly preferred
- Prior experience leading teams preferred; or must have capacity to lead a team, build culture, management performance and handle inter-departmental relationships.
- Prior experience or exposure to client operations functions, such as invoicing, accounts receivables, client management or service operations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; able to identify and set relevant leadership agenda for the team
- Able to anticipate internal and/or external business challenges or needs, and translate that into a leadership objectives and initiatives for the team.
- Must be detail oriented and able to manage complex, intricate processes; able to analyze and monitor results and metrics.
We'd love to see:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft excel, word and power point.
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting , technical or business discipline preferred.
- Strong drive for success and personal achievement. Ability to gain results through influence and collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving mind-set.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to organize and lead initiatives
Impact You'll Make:
- Responsible for leading the financial operations functions of the TransUnion Healthcare division, including managing a team of 6-8 associates.
- The position requires strong influence skills to work collaboratively across multiple departments, including sales organization, internal TU corporate shares services departments (billing, AP, credentialing, compliance), service and support teams, and business unit leaders.
- Leading process improvement initiatives, special projects and AP/AR integration for acquisitions.
- Managing and maintaining a complex set of SOPs and stringent compliance to critical financial and legal criteria to ensure financial and legal integrity.
- Provide regular metrics reporting across financial operational functions, including business metrics and revenue forecasting.
