We're looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our growing team! Your accounting and financial reporting experience will be critical to the company in support of our aggressive plans. Our ideal candidate has the right mix of education, growth company experience, commitment, and curiosity to complete assignments, drive improvements, while working with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Perform collection and cash application functions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Record invoices from vendors, prepare payments, and move vendors to electronic processing.
• Review employee expense reports and related G/L transactions.
• Prepare monthly recurring journal entries for various G/L accounts.
• Assist with scheduled month-end close activities including determining accruals and amortizations, and preparing reconciliations.
• Assist with audit and tax return document preparation.
• Perform other duties as required at this fast-paced technology company.

Essential Qualifications:

• 0-3 years’ Accounting background; growth company experience preferred. 
• Strong financial report preparation skills.
• Expert EXCEL data analysis skills.
• Keen attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and automation.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with field sales and operational personnel.
• Quickbooks Online experience required.
• GAAP accounting knowledge required.
• BS in Accounting or similar required.
• Familiarity with the features of customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred.
