About the role:

Enova is currently searching for a Treasury Manager to join our Treasury team. Primary responsibilities will be to lead treasury operations and risk management for Enova’s Global Finance department. Treasury operations duties include bank account administration, cash management and forecasting, and troubleshooting payment processing issues. Risk management duties include FX risk, interest rate risk and corporate insurance responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-directed problem solver, who thrives in a tech friendly, innovative environment, who will be expected to partner across the organization on key initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage all aspects of cash requirements, including optimizing balance of cash on hand vs. short terms investments
• Manage bank portal administration and assist with corporate card administration
• Utilize various bank platforms for reporting and electronic payments
• Support relationships with banking partners
• Execute foreign exchange transactions
• Lead corporate insurance RFP’s and renewals
• Assist with debt facility management, monthly borrowing base calculations and financial covenant maintenance
• Prepare and distribute daily cash reports
• Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize processes
• Assist with quarterly SOX compliance review and annual FBAR as needed
• Review and analyze bank account analysis statements
• Assists with ad hoc requests as needed 

We’re excited about you if you have:

• An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 5+ years of prior Corporate Treasury or Banking experience
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Treasury Workstation/Software knowledge a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Work with little supervision, maintain high productivity, meet deadlines for key deliverables
