Reporting directly to the CFO, the Vice President of FP&A will lead the FP&A & Treasury functions at Enfusion, partnering closely with key stakeholders across the business and driving the FP&A function as a proven center of analytical excellence. The role will interface directly with Enfusion’s CEO, CFO, CRO, and many other leaders across Technology and Client Success!

What you’ll do
- Lead the FP&A & Treasury functions
- Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions that will assist the president, the board and other senior managers in managing their responsibilities.
- Recommend benchmarks & KPIs for measuring the financial and operating performance
- Own the annual planning process and ongoing rolling forecasts by setting company targets and tracking/reporting performance relative to plan
- Work with department managers to develop both short-term and long-term business plans
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to drive business strategy, improve efficiency, and maximize ROI
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for presentation to executive management, investors and the Board of Directors
- Own and develop tracking, reporting and continuous improvement of SaaS metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) working cross-functionally across the company
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience with B2B SaaS and a keen understanding of SaaS metrics is preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or the equivalent internal FP&A experience at a best-in-class company
- Strong executive leadership skills with experience in growing and leading a team of finance professionals
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Experience with reporting requirements in both a pre and post public-company environment
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
- Working knowledge of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis
