ZS's Corporate Enterprise Functions operate the firm's core internal functions. The Finance team is responsible for all ZS financial matters, including financial business partnering, planning, analysis, reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and tax.
FINANCE DIRECTOR, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Director to lead our financial planning and analysis team. The FP&A Director will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with the leadership team to help translate business strategies and objectives into financial goals and outcomes;
• Lead, coach, inspire and drive efficiency in a team of finance professionals maintaining an environment of continual improvement;
• Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes;
• Elevate and scale processes and systems for forecasting and modeling in order to provide financial guidance and drive financial decisions;
• Recommend and deliver process improvements and enhanced analytics to drive strategic decisions;
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives;
• Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar required (advanced degree preferred);
• 12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
• Expert financial modeling and analytical skills;
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Knowledge of Anaplan and PowerBI a plus;
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
