Atlassian is looking for a driven and creative Marketer to lead our Ecosystem Marketing team. As the go-to-market owner for the Atlassian Marketplace, developer platform, and technology partnerships, your role will be to guide the strategy and execution of our launches, programs, and overarching narrative.
We're looking for someone who's passionate about developers, partners, and the potential of an extensible platform to unlock customer value. You will lead the team in a wide range of GTM motions, from shaping Atlassian's developer events to in-product cross-sell of apps to customers and delivering compelling marketing programs and benefits to partners.
This is a highly cross-functional role and holds a seat at the table in shaping the strategy of our products and platform.
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $173,200 - $231,000
Zone B: $155,900 - $207,900
Zone C: $143,800 - $191,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Please visit for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

  • Partner with product leaders in the Ecosystem teams to develop a visionary roadmap, narrative, and pitch to developers, partners, analysts and influencers
  • Shape Atlassian's events, campaigns and programs to grow and engage our technology partner and developer base.
  • Evangelize the Atlassian Marketplace and the value delivered by the partner community to our growing cloud and Enterprise customer base, working with marketing teams responsible for those audiences.
  • Collaborate with AR, PR and thought leadership to build industry momentum for Atlassian's marketplace and developer ecosystem.
  • Build and lead a team of product marketers in defining and strengthening Atlassian's enterprise foundations

  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience with cloud developer platforms, B2B app marketplaces, or a related field
  • People manager skills with at least 2+ years' experience managing product marketers
  • Proven ability to drive go-to-market strategy across a marketing, field and product, delivering complex programs of work and measurable impact in partnership with R&D
  • Partner centricity and aptitude for shaping partner programs and co-marketing strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills with prior experience in producing written content
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to command an audience
  • A coaching mindset; someone who loves to mentor and develop employees
