Job Duties
This Associate HR Business Partner position:

  • Day to day support of Products and Technology group, specifically the group's 500 employee individual contributor population with:
  • Helps with Employee relations
  • Assists with Performance planning
  • Resolves escalations for immigration issues
  • Handles employee one-off requests (onboarding, payroll, career ladder questions, etc.)
  • Serves as a Workday expert and drives Workday improvement and processes transactions
  • Partners with our Talent Acquisition team to help drive recruiting optimization and resolve issues
  • Tracks P&T compliance training, following up with managers, and data reporting
  • Drives process improvements through a continuous improvement mindset
  • Uses people analytics to recommend changes and improvements
  • Considers opportunities for continuous improvement to drive employee engagement with individual contributor population
  • Works with the CCC's Learning Academy to identify training for individual contributors
  • Helps with new initiatives as they arise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience in an HR function, or a Master's degree in Human Resources or Business with relevant internship experiences
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communicator, both verbal and written; ability to engage with all levels of personnel
  • Quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work with a diverse team
