Campus Recruiter
Our Talent Acquisition team is on the cusp of moving into an Agile Recruiting model to become a strategic partner to the business to support our rapid growth. Reporting to the Campus Recruiting Manager, you will help shape the future of our organization and establish GoHealth as an employer of choice at target campuses nationwide by hiring entry-level talent for our early career sales program! Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, lead and facilitate on-site and virtual campus events to achieve early career sales hiring plan
- Source, interview and hire early career sales talent by owning full cycle campus recruiting process
- Ensure excellent candidate experience by providing clear and concise communication during recruiting process
- Build personal relationships with campus career services teams, student groups and academic leaders to develop employer brand presence and support long-term growth strategy
- Leverage employment branding and social media to build awareness and engage with prospective candidates
- Develop creative sourcing and campus recruiting strategies to supplement early career sales talent pipeline
- Utilize business systems and technology to track data and report on progress, successes, challenges and risks
- Help measure the campus recruiting program’s successes and identify growth opportunities through internal data
- Provide updates to Campus Recruiting Manager in the form of campus recruiting activities, recruiting conversion metrics and week-to-week hiring results
- Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience
- Other opportunities as assigned
Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of full-cycle campus recruiting experience – sales, logistics or high-volume background highly desirable
- Passion for recruiting early career talent with demonstrated ability to qualify, sell and close top talent candidates
- Enthusiasm for building employer brand by attending on-site/virtual career fairs and campus recruiting events
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with all stakeholders
- Ability to attend on-site/virtual career fairs and campus recruiting events outside normal business hours
- Experience with on-site/virtual event planning is highly desirable
- Motivated self-starter who works effectively and handles competing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational, time management and administrative skills
- A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment systems
- Bachelor's degree required
