About the role:
G2 Crowd is currently looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter to join our fast growing People team. This person will be responsible for the planning and execution of the G2 Crowd campus recruiting strategy. Ideal candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and take a creative approach to networking and establishing strong university relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of a full cycle campus recruiting strategy
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
- Plan and execute campus and local recruiting events
- Use social media tools to establish and maintain brand awareness on campus and in the general college community.
- Travel as needed for specific campus events
- Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired
Requirements:
- 2+ years of campus recruiting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and execute multiple events at a time
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and, experience working with internal and external recruiting tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
