Upwork’s Office of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIBs) was established in December 2019 and is already recognized as a best in class thought leader. As the Director, Diversity Change Management your focus will be on deploying our company-wide DIBs strategy at the group and team level. You will comb data and cultivate collaborations that enable leaders to translate their aspirations to actions in pursuit of diversity as an outcome. This role is located remotely in one of our 13 nexus states or in our Chicago office.Your Responsibilities:
- Mine quantitative and qualitative data to identify group/team level DIBs goals
- Develop execution plans to activate DIBs strategy at the group/team level
- Educate leaders on inclusive talent processes and practices
- Manage ERG Manager as they equip ERGs to create spaces that center the needs and goals of team members who identify as LGBTQIA+, Black, Latinx, Pan-Asian, veterans, women and caregivers
- Developing a data-driven DIBs strategy
- Devising action plans or behavioral road maps for leaders
- Analyzing and drawing insights from people data
- Managing full-time employee(s)
