Company Description
The Director HR Compliance will provide HR management oversight and support of Audit, Policy and Operational support to ensure that Epsilon and Publicis processes are documented, maintained, and followed through periodic audits and on-going reporting. This position will be called upon to liaise with the legal department to ensure that Epsilon is apprised of new and ever-changing regulations. Development and support of audit procedures include: periodic reporting, validation, and working with both internal and external auditors which are foundational to the success.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
Manage audit requests requiring review of HR data, processes, and analytics.
Direct resources, both direct and matrix required in support of operational, process-oriented and policy related questions.
Provide support for internal HR operations related to data and systems including but not limited to maintenance of our electronic filing system (PeopleDoc), our electronic document validation system (DocuSign), as well as on-going dashboard support.
Provide management support and oversight for the company policies, including employee handbook, as well as regulatory questions at the state, local and federal level.
Ensure new hire, termination, contractor and other operational audits are complete and reported on a monthly basis.
Prepare and distribute monthly dashboards which provide visual analysis regarding our adherence to internal policies and procedures
Position will be called upon to provide project support to improve companies HR systems, processes or procedures.
Position will be responsible for development of project plans related to Audit Support
Provide counseling and support on corporate policies and benefit programs
Requirements:
12+ years in a dynamic HR operating environment, with specific experience with data audit, audit support, as well as dashboard preparations and reporting
Bachelors preferred or demonstrated equivalent
• Prior experience in an international operating company, with a Technology focus
• Ability to respond to shifting priorities
• Prior experience working the auditors both internal and external
• Prior management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of immigration processes is preferred
• Strong systems background including .xls and SAP
• Prior experience working in a highly matrixed environment
