Director, Human Resources

We're looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our growing People team which includes Organization & Culture Designers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and Diversity and Inclusion Coordinators. Our People team's ambition is to be at the forefront of organizational strategies and design, which will contribute to the overall success of Kalderos and is key to our competitive efforts. As a Director of Human Resources, you will collaborate with our executive team to ensure that all aspects of human resources align with and contribute to our organizational and business goals.
What impact you'll have:
Strategic Hiring Planning: Serve as a primary strategic partner to executive leadership to develop comprehensive hiring plans across all functions within the organization to maximize our revenue and growth
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Activate our strategic hiring plan by working with the talent acquisition and recruitment team to identify, engage, and recruit top talent, ultimately making Kalderos a highly desirable employer
Talent Development: Develop staff development and retention strategies, provide training, and assist managers in setting developmental goals across the organization
Compensation and benefits: Assure that our compensation and benefits strategies effectively deliver on Kalderos' promise to our employees that their value, talent, and output are fairly compensated
Employee relations: Guide leaders in the organization in all People initiatives and issues including conducting objective investigations, performance management, organizational structure, and change management
Compliance: Establish and refine our People related company policies and procedures and assure that organization is compliant with all applicable employment laws across several states.
What you'll bring:
- Deep expertise in all aspects of human resources including employee relations, performance management, culture development, recruiting, HR administration, benefits, and employee retention
- Ability to plan, execute, and manage others across all People initiatives, as well as, manage the day to day operations of the human resources department
- Experience in support teams within a technology company (experience in the healthcare industry is a plus)
- Highest level of written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set measurable goals for People initiatives and report against those metrics to the executive team
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible employee experience
Set yourself apart:
- Ability to define and articulate a progressive philosophy on people management
- MBA, Masters of Organizational Psychology or other relevant advanced degrees strongly preferred
- Experience working within an early-stage or fast-growth company
- Experience managing external partners to assist in talent acquisition and recruitment, compensation and benefits administration and audits, and legal compliance
- Experience selecting and implementing HRIS solutions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, psychology, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in human resources, with clear and measurable examples of the impact you have made on the operations and performance of an organization

We will continue to operate, interview, onboard, and work remotely.
