We are adding to our Talent Acquisition team and looking for an experienced recruiter with a passion for implementing recruiting strategy to join us in our mission. Our recruiters are key partners to our business leaders who drive value through operational excellence and constant innovation that helps us scale our teams creatively and efficiently in a highly competitive landscape. As an integral member of our team, you would lead the overall recruiting strategy for our Village Medical clinics. This leader will be accountable for strategy design, but also multiple market implementations and innovation on channel strategy and process unique to market characteristics. As we expand into new markets, you’ll eventually hire a geographically diverse team. We need a player-coach who can lead and implement strategy and people but isn’t afraid to be hands-on and tactical in managing day-to-day recruiting efforts when new markets are in early launch stage. You’ll be trusted to own and drive a strategic partnership with business leaders and to attract and hire exceptional talent with a focus on our core values of Getting Stuff Done, Innovation, and Building Relationships.

Some examples of work you will own in this role:

  • Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to support the clinical and operational resource requirements necessary to launch clinics along with an implementation plan to successfully execute against the strategy
  • Demonstrate initial market experience and developed expertise to efficiently transition and support clinic launches in net-new geographies
  • Design and drive an online and in-person sourcing strategy for high-volume clinical roles that emphasizes Village Medical’s vision and differentiates us in the healthcare space and market
  • Develop value propositions for roles that communicate culture and mission in ways that resonate with talent
  • Champion an outstanding process experience for candidates and our business partners
  • Manage an effective transition to the local market recruiter when volume necessitates; provide ongoing leadership and support remotely
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization to continuously earn trust and establish strong relationships that position Talent Acquisition as a critical partner

  • Excellent ability to relate to candidates focusing on both personal interests and technical experience and capabilities
  • Excitement and passion for healthcare and being part of a close-knit, entrepreneurial team
  • An aptitude for using data and reports to educate and influence leaders throughout the recruitment process
  • Experience developing and implementing a recruiting strategy in a high-volume, high-growth environment
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience; preferably in an early stage, growth technology or retail company
  • Extreme flexibility and the desire to be a key contributor to an energetic and passionate team of recruiters
  • Ability to travel to markets to facilitate recruiting for clinic launches and ongoing staffing needs; anticipate up to 50% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree required
