AHP Servicing (American Homeowner Preservation) is a socially-responsible residential loan trading & servicing company. We’re a fast-paced, crowdfunded financial services company located in Chicago’s Loop.

And now we’re adding an energetic Director of Talent to join our growing team. This role reports directly to our CEO (one of the few women CEO’s in Chicago.)

This is a great opportunity to bring your experience in talent management & human resources to the table and have a meaningful impact in our company.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our managers to recruit talent and build a talent pipeline to support planned growth. You will drive the new-hire onboarding process and oversee our benefit providers & incentive programs. And you’ll recruit at college campuses, where you can put your engaging interpersonal skills to use as AHP’s brand ambassador

The perfect match will be a hands-on manager who is comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong project management skills are a must because you’ll be juggling a ton of things at the same time.
