We are looking for someone who can bring ideas and best practices, influence and create solutions that drive change with measurable results across our company. We are looking for someone to come in and make our Diversity Recruiting stronger, because diverse teams have a competitive advantage. The Role: We are looking for an experienced diversity recruiter with experience driving a strategy, managing external partnership expertise and relations. This individual will play a dual role, 70% of the role will be focused on identifying diverse candidates in our higher volume roles. The remaining 30% will be focused on building out relationships and identifying ways for us to increase our overall diversity pipeline of talent. This combination of skills will provide us with the ability to take our Recruiting to the next level!

Job Duties

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Identifying organizations where CCC would like to build a partnership including organizing and attending events
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess candidates against profiles and the culture described in our leadership principles, rather than merely sell a role.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.
  • Continuously build underrepresented talent pipelines through referral generation, online sourcing, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Partner with recruiters and sourcer’s to support and execute initiatives that promote sourcing and attracting diverse talent
  • Complete market research to understand where external talent pools exist and work collaboratively with internal teams to execute on diversity sourcing initiatives to tap into those talent pools
  • Experiment and test new approaches to attracting diverse candidate slates to our open jobs across the organization

Qualifications

  • Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Experience building relationships with diversity organizations
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
