Position Description

Individual in this position will manage recruiting for the Corporate Staff Business Groups. This includes, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Strategy, Human Resources and Procurement. This opportunity requires an experienced and consultative recruiter with ability to identify best talent through a variety of sourcing channels. Individual will advise and support senior leaders and build and maintain candidate pipelines. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified individuals for complex management, executive and specialist positions.

As a Senior Recruiter You Will

  • Develop and execute full cycle recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and in a cost-effective manner. This includes sourcing, screening, and client management for both active and passive candidates
  • Work closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand future staffing needs
  • Partner with Leaders to understand their needs for specific job functions and requirements of different business areas
  • Consult with Leaders on hiring practices, policies and procedures
  • Develop pipeline for complex positions
  • Utilize innovative recruitment strategies
  • Construct and negotiates complex offers of employment; Negotiate salaries, signing bonuses, Equity and relocation packages
  • Maintain relationships with different recruiting partners including the executive search team and third-party recruitment firms
  • Manage various types of recruitment analysis and propose appropriate action
  • Use data to build recruiting strategy
  • Keep abreast of recruiting best practices and introduce them to Northern as appropriate

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of consultative, full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Previous corporate recruiting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to construct creative sourcing strategies/channels to identify talent in various candidate segments
  • Excellent consulting and client management skills; ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with managers, Human Resources partners and external third parties
  • Knowledge of compensation policies and practices
  • Solid time management skills and technical knowledge of current trends
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
