We are hiring at the Associate level, looking for a talented individual who can support our Chicago Market Principal.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate candidate phone and onsite interviews, as well as arranging travel and managing expenses.
  • Attend and capture notes in client kick off and update meetings and assist in client deliverables.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline through our ATS.
  • Generate weekly client search updates.
  • Create initial drafts of Position Specs.
  • Compile target company lists and assist in sourcing and ranking potential candidates.
  • Conduct introductory phone calls with passive candidates and pitch searches in partnership with Principal.
  • Conduct reference and background checks on candidates.
  • Create initial draft of client-facing candidate summaries.

Your profile should reflect…

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience. Admin experience with scheduling and notetaking.  Recruiting Coordination experience is a plus.
  • Has worked with Databases and advanced skills in Excel.  Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus
  • Exposure to tools like LinkedIn, DropBox, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc. is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills and finds research interesting.
  • Comfortable being on the phone.  Experience making cold calls is a plus.
