Position Overview

closerlook's Freelance Tech Recruiter will play a key role in finding and bring on high-caliber tech talent that will allow us to continue delivering meaningful work to our clients, HCP and patients. Success in this role will be to think creatively about finding candidates, bringing them through the recruiting process, and helping to close the deal. This role will support all closerlook recruiting needs – short term freelancers to full-time positions in Interactive Technology and Marketing Intelligence.

 

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening and preparing candidate feedback to hiring managers in a timely and consistent manner
  • Cultivate candidate referrals
  • Implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
  • Sourcing candidates by leveraging passive network, internet job boards, employee referrals, and etc.
  • Effectively manager relationships with hiring managers and establish trust across functions
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; setting expectations, providing thoughtful feedback, negotiate/closing all offers
  • Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and the HR team on recruitment for all open positions
  • Scheduling phone and in-person interviews for all open roles
  • Maintain recruitment tracking reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable
  • Fully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system (LinkedIn TalentHub)

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment (ad agency experience preferred)
  • A successful track record recruiting and filling digital marketing and/or tech roles at varying levels or seniority
  • Experience developing consultative relationships with hiring managers and leadership
  • A knack to be a proactive contributor, eager to further develop and learn the digital pharma marketing space
  •  Experience with various applicant tracking systems
  • A mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Stellar oral and written communication skills
  • Superior strategic thinking and solid analytical skills
  • Sincere desire to work in a team environment
  • Pharma experience a major plus
