The Role
The Global HRIS Manager reports to the Senior Director, Global Total Rewards.  The HRIS Manager will also work, at times, with the Director, HR Programs. The HRIS Manager is ultimately responsible for implementing and integrating technology tools and processes that enhance our employee experience and provide data-driven insights to rewards and talent decisions across our global employee population. The ideal person for this role is a collaborative, analytical self-starter with a passion for process and technology. This person uses their leadership skills to partner closely with IT and Finance functions to create fully integrated technology and reporting solutions.

What You’ll Do
Platform Ownership.  Technical administrator of all global HR platforms and platform services including ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse Onboarding, Reflektive, Pingboard, Sterling, and Envoy. Maintain an extremely high standard for data integrity across all platforms and services. Understand and recommend enhancements to key integration points (i.e. Pingboard, Docebo, Adaptive, etc.) Drive a technical roadmap for integrated solutions that maximize RoI on technology investments by measuring adoption and enhancing the employee experience. Create a working partnership with IT to ensure early alignment around selection of tools and adoption of global HR technology strategy.
Vendor Management. Maintain proactive and planful relationships with key account managers for HR platforms.  Understand complete contract scope and ensure all contract SLA’s are being met. Represent the HR Leadership team at all vendor-led Quarterly Business Reviews. 
Functional Administration. Drive accountability in functional platform administrators (payroll, recruiting, onboarding, etc.). Provide training and escalation support to functional admins. Ensure the functional strategy roadmap integrates to broader HR technology initiatives. Ensure workflows and processes are optimized for employee experience and work seamlessly being platforms. Become the functional administrator for HR on our use of the Fresh Service platform.
Release Management. Implement updates and release management and communication strategy. Ensure functional admins have broad understanding of all newly released features and broader roadmap reflects new features. Establish regular employee communication cadence to notify on UX enhancements and (as-needed) collaborate with functional admins to ensure release documentation/training is provided.
Talent Reporting & Analytics.  Implement scalable reporting strategy with self-service, automated, and standardized reporting packages. Create real-time, self-service HR talent dashboards. Develop strategy for talent analytics that enable data-driven decision making across all HR functions.  Manage platform usage and adoption reporting.
Audit & Compliance. Reduce risk and exposure through regular data audits. Maintain HR compliance calendar. Provide required compliance reporting and participate as-needed in filings and reponses (EEO-1, AAP, Customer Audit, etc.)
Collaborate. Jump in to serve the employee experience and greater Cheetah Digital business when needs arise outside these responsibilities.  This position will be expected to provide tactical support to US and non-US payroll administration as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting people systems
  • 5+ years business systems analyst and process improvement experience
  • 2+ years experience working with ADP WorkforceNow in payroll and/or HRIS capacity
  • Additional experience with other Recruiting (ATS), Performance Management, & Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred 
  • Experience supporting systems integrations across multiple global locations
  • Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a technical environment
  • Flexibility to perform hands-on administrative work, such as data entry, transaction processing and coordination of duties and tasks within HR
  • Strong consultative and advisory skills working across all levels and functions
  • Demonstrable experience creating project plans and managing stakeholders to execution
  • Proven ability to proactively diagnose problems and advise appropriate data-driven solutions
  • Hunger for learning and driven to self-improve in areas you have no previous experience
