Moonrise is a social impact startup owned by American Family Insurance. Moonrise is a worker-focused, innovative HR Tech platform that uses AI and Machine Learning to rapidly recruit workers for short-term contingent labor positions. We traveled the country listening to financially vulnerable Americans in their living rooms and believe we can solve their deepest pain point - easy access to supplementary income. https://www.moonrise.works/
What you’ll do:
You’ll have multiple responsibilities at our fast-paced, growing company including:
Recruit new field workers who we affectionately refer to as Moonrisers. This will consist of high volume calling instead of job research.
Duties will range from sourcing, actively recruiting, and working with local job resource centers to posting flyers around the community.
Coordinate and present at Moonriser onboardings, which typically occur about 3 times a week.
Test out new recruiting methods using short, quick, self-directed experiments.
Create community initiatives to involve and engage Moonrisers.
Act as a liaison for Moonrisers and answer any questions or concerns they have with a friendly, patient attitude.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year prior experience in recruiting, sales, or another results-based role. A demonstrated ability to:
Take-on tasks and rapidly complete them with little direction and iterate on learnings
Communicate with a variety of people via phone conversations and via email
Build rapport with coworkers and customers
Prioritize and manage multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while communicating effectively and timely with manager
Outstanding organization and time management skills
Experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Gcal)
Organize workload and prioritize with minimal supervision
Present to small groups
