We're looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Lead to join our growing People Team. Our People Team's ambition is to be at the forefront of organizational strategies and design, which will contribute to the overall success of Kalderos and is key to our competitive efforts. As a Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Kalderos, you will lead our efforts to ensure that we are building an inclusive team and an organizational culture that represents the diverse communities we serve. By creating an environment diverse in people, ideas, and experiences, we are ensuring the success of our team, candidates, and customers.
What impact you'll have:
Our D&I team works to find candidates as passionate about our mission as we are, encouraging unique thought and understanding and designs programs that foster an inclusive, positive work environment. As a Manager of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), you will:
- Ensure that our D&I programs are successfully implemented and match our organization's strategic objectives
- Develop and coordinate bias training programs for the entire organization and new hires
- Support the talent acquisition and brand design teams in creating external communications that appeal to a diverse set of applicants
- Support our product teams in assuring that the digital experiences are inclusive
- Build and foster relationships with relevant external organizations, thought leaders, and partners/vendors to improve our D&I efforts
- Continuously improve and expand the impact of our D&I efforts through an awareness of new best practices and standards
- Implement metrics, monitoring, and reporting to effectively benchmark and track the organization's progress in achieving D&I objectives

- A passion for diversity and inclusion
- Ability to work at the highest degree of collaboration across a range of interpersonal and behavioral styles and resolve and manage conflicts positively
- Experience handling confidential materials, conversations and systems with absolute trust serving as a mediator and guide to all levels of the organization
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills for communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects by using effective project management skills
- Analytical skills with the ability to use data to create, develop, execute and measure the success of D&I strategies
- Understanding of, awareness of, and ability to communicate with employees on D&I issues and best practice
- A focus on operations with the ability to think strategically and deliver tactically
Set yourself apart:
- Experience with program/project management methodologies, business processes, and collaborating across practices and functions
- MBA, Masters of Organizational Psychology or other relevant advanced degrees strongly preferred
- Experience working within an early-stage or fast-growth company
- Ability to bring existing external partnerships and outreach initiative experience with external communities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, gender and diversity studies, business, public administration, psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, with clear and measurable examples of driving positive change in a startup/corporate environment
- Ability to attend conferences or travel, shared among the executive and D&I teams (some domestic travel required, with a strong possibility for international travel for some members on the team)
