WHO YOU ARE

As an HR Business Partner supporting our Asset Servicing business, you are a trusted advisor and have a solid understanding of HR policies, procedures and solutions. You will achieve this by:• Using your consulting skills to understand what the business does, their products/services, and talent needs.• Providing holistic HR solutions to meet their needs today and plan for the future. • Being a member of a high-performing team that is supportive and celebrate successes together, not in competition with each other. • Collaborating and communicating information across lines to ensure effective coordination between business clients, HR Consulting Function partners and COEs to strategically deliver HR solutions.

You are curious, ask questions, seek to understand why and look to solve problems through the use of data. Always searching for new ways to be more efficient, productive and help team members and managers make informed decisions. You understand the principles of exceptional client service and understand the importance of accuracy when delivery information. You like to plan your day while working on several things to keep things interesting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HR Business Partner you will serve as the primary relationship manager with assigned business leaders. The focus of this role is to lead and execute on key strategic HR initiatives for the business and various cross-functional HR programs. You will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining a valued advisor relationship with managers to deliver HR solutions that effectively address business issues and needs. • Playing a key role consulting with managers on talent assessment, career planning, performance management, and compensation planning activities. • Assessing the need for new HR programs and lead the implementation of them.• Partnering with Talent Acquisition to creatively attract and retain high quality, diverse talent pipelines.• Ensuring compliance on all HR related company guidelines and policies, as well as compliance with all regional, country, local, and company regulations; participating in ER activities when they arise.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 10 or more years of related HR experience • Strong, proactive consulting capability - working through various options to get best results• Strategic thinker with an execution focus• Ability to analysis data, visualize it and create a narrative around it• Doman expertise in HR policy and process• Finesse to build consensus and deliver sensitive, difficult information with ease
