Overview:

Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full-service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire a Coordinator for our Employee Service Team. We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who is excited to work in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.

Summary & Scope:

The Employee Services Coordinator aka HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition, talent management and office teams including, but not limited to recruitment and selection, onboarding, records and compliance, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training and development, employee relations, occupational health, safety and security and offboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including, but not limited to, post positions, screen and source applicants, monitor and review resumes, conduct interviews, create offer letters, communicate with hiring and managers and candidates, conduct background and reference checks, analyze and report on recruitment data, and make suggestions for process improvement
  • Participate in onboarding activities including scheduling, conducting training, completion of paperwork, and tours
  • Assist with benefit programs through participation in open enrollment, processing paperwork, and answering inquiries
  • Provide administrative support for FMLA, ADA, immigration, unemployment claims, engagement reporting, employment verifications, and exit and stay interviews
  • Analyze departmental and organizational people-related data and prepare reports and correspondence
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance of personnel files, I-9 forms, immigration records, leave of absences, and benefit plans
  • Participate on the Celebration Squad and support engagement efforts through event scheduling and planning, and data analysis
  • Provide general administrative support to the Employee Services and Office and Facilities Teams

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to complete all assignments with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner
  • Ability to analyze data, present findings and make recommendations
  • Exceptional research, analytic, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Google Office Suite.
  • Self-directed team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and take on additional responsibility
  • Results-driven, detailed oriented, and strong organization skills
